Church @ The Springs had been praying about launching a new campus for years. As we searched and prayed, The Villages invited us to purchase 10 acres of land in the heart of Middleton. Middleton is The Villages’ first community built just for families, and it will be home to over 8,000 families. Our Middleton campus is a multigenerational campus for all people, regardless of age and life stages. We have seen tangible evidence of God’s hand throughout the entire process, and we are getting a front-row seat to life change every week.

Phase 1 will include:

• 31,000 sq. ft. facility
• 600-seat auditorium
• Kids Ministry
• Parking for 336 cars

The cost for Phase 1 construction is $16 million.

Phase 2 will add:

• 45,000 sq. ft,, including
• 2nd Floor Kids’ Ministry space
• 1,100 seat auditorium 
• 600-seat Student Ministry Space
• Additional Parking
